Microbrew currently builds a 80L pilot installation at Cedric's place. We'll try to post pictures of the construction here, feel free to comment! And of course no brewery without fermentation room. Here is is one in the make, it will hold about 250L of pleasure!  Collecting cascade hop by hand. |
